Message	hydrocarbons (most auto repair shops). That will confirm if it's coolant or not. Simplest most effective way to tell if the head gasket is compromised. *Also, often if there is a head gasket leak you can see bubbles in the rad if you take the cap off as cylinder pressure is getting into the coolant circuit.
